"Casa De Halapeño" is an enchanting spacious 850 Square Foot 1 bedroom/1bath unit with "old style" charm. Because of its unique location has great ocean views from every room!   It is located in "Old Town" directly above blue chairs on Los Muertos Beach. Stone work, hand painted tiles and a water feature comprise the flavor of this unit.  Everything is within a 10 minute walk. Sleeps 2.     

Being a complex made up of two towers and groups of units on the hillside there is a funicular. This is a cable car type of lift to take you from the main road to the parking area. It operates from 0600am till 0100am. If you love walking you can also take the steep roadway or stairs up to the unit.  This is a private complex and the property is kept in immaculate shape by the maintenance staff and security kept by the night watchman. As this is my second home I hope you will enjoy and respect it.
